Prices and payment
All prices are denominated in USD cents and are authoritative. Cryptocurrency amounts are calculated and locked upon invoice creation. Only native BTC on Bitcoin mainnet and USDC or USDT on Solana mainnet are accepted.
Payment finality & settlement
Order fulfillment begins after required blockchain confirmations are verified on-chain. Underpayments, overpayments, or transfers requiring exceptional handling are reviewed by operators.
Inventory & availability
Merchandise stock is reserved atomically during the payment quote window. Expired invoices release reserved stock back to general inventory upon reconciliation.
Affiliate programme & registration
Affiliate registration creates an active referral code and link immediately upon account creation. Referral links and codes continue working indefinitely unless Shinrai Centre explicitly suspends or disables the affiliate account for terms violations.
Customer discounts & commissions
Customers who shop via an active referral link receive a 15% discount on current sale prices at checkout. Affiliates earn a 20% commission on the net discounted merchandise value (excluding shipping) of qualifying orders once payment is confirmed on-chain.
Attribution window
Customer referral sessions are attributed via first-party browser storage for 30 days following the most recent valid referral link visit. This 30-day attribution window is independent of the permanent lifetime of the affiliate’s referral code and link.
Affiliate withdrawals & eligibility
Administrative account review gates withdrawal requests only; referral link sharing and commission accrual remain active immediately from registration. Once withdrawal eligibility is approved, affiliates may request payouts starting from $10.00. Approved withdrawals are settled directly on-chain to the affiliate’s configured Bitcoin or Solana wallet address.
Prohibited conduct & adjustments
Self-referrals (orders placed using one’s own referral link), spam, trademark bidding, misleading promotional claims, impersonation, or unlawful tactics are strictly prohibited. Shinrai Centre reserves the right to reverse commissions on refunded orders, forfeit balances resulting from fraudulent activities, or restrict/suspend accounts violating these terms.
