Shipping cost and duties
There's no separate shipping charge at checkout. We pay the duties and import taxes, so there's nothing to pay when your order arrives.
Delivery
Delivery usually takes 1–2 weeks. Carrier or customs delays can occasionally add time. Tracking shows up in your account once your order ships.
We deliver to your door or to an approved pickup point. A phone number is optional, and it's only used if it's needed to get the parcel to you.

Your delivery details are stored encrypted and deleted 90 days after delivery is confirmed. More in our privacy policy.
